KSHB talked to Dr. Mikhail Kosiborod, a cardiologist at Saint Luke’s Mid America Heart Institute and the study’s lead investigator, and Nancy Collins, a patient who was enrolled in the study.
The hospital’s cafeteria is the first location in SEKAAA’s 9-county service area to offer meals as part of this new program. The meals are available to adults 60 or older and their spouses.
